Sakkari holds a unique array of different dress styles for men and women, and new dress designs are being created by Sakkari citizens every day. This encyclopedia shows all of our official dress styles.
The Traditional Mokabya
The traditional mokabya, which translates to small dress, is comprised of three district pieces: a wrap top, called the Yoja Kija, a wrap skirt, called the Yoja Ulang, and a thick belt with an ornamental flower or bow, called the puaeng. This dress is sometimes worn with a saree-like cloth called the Hari, introduced, but is not traditional.
Common Wrap Mokabya
The common wrap mokabya, called the Yoja Kabya, is a form of dress which is made using two sheets of cloth, tied around the body and secured with a puaeng.
The Kabya
The Kabya is a modernized version of the traditional Mokabya, and is the national dress of Sakkari. This dress is one-piece, and often layered with many flowing cloth tassles, and a sheer robe called the mojirankuna (small robe).
The Royal Kabya
The Royal Kabya is a form of Kabya which features a thick layered robe. This form of dress is worn by high-class citizens.
